Each month, from November to March, a ranking of the top 3 inventory takers in your region is created. In the final month, be the best to qualify for the grand finale!

Each year, the TGC brings together the best Fairson inventors in an atmosphere of competition, surpassing oneself and conviviality. A look back at our previous editions:
2025 edition
An exceptional final at Puy du Fou
This edition will be remembered for a long time. Held in the magnificent setting of Puy du Fou, it brought together the most promising talents from our regions. Between technical challenges, hands-on workshops, and timed events, participants demonstrated a high level of commitment in an atmosphere that was both intense and unifying.
And the winner of this edition? Sébastien Verouil from the South-West team!
🎉The final was won by the South-West team with Sébastien Verouil. Francesca Granieri, who came in second, flew to the USA.
2024 edition
2024 edition: the launch of a tradition
The first edition of the Top Gun Challenge laid the foundations for an event that is now a must for Fairson inventors. It was an opportunity to create a real spirit of benevolent competition between colleagues and to promote the know-how of the field in a new setting.
